Robert W. Thomas, Jr.

Biography:

Robert W. Thomas, Jr. received his B.S in 1975 from Rider University and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1988 from Rutgers University. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars in 1988 as well as the U.S. District Court, the District of New Jersey; and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a Member of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. His Practice Areas include Construction Litigation; Products Liability; Premises Liability; Motor Vehicle and Trucking Accidents. He holds the highest Martindale Hubble rating – A.V., and has lectured on areas within his fields of practice. Mr. Thomas has received the American Jurisprudence Award in Product Liability.
