Biography:

Bob Thomas joined Duffy + Partners in 1994 and regularly handles personal injury matters involving Construction Litigation, Products Liability, Premises Liability and Motor Vehicle/Trucking Accidents. 

Beyond a great familiarity with the procedural elements of successfully handling these types of cases, Bob's approach to each case - just like the client at the center of the matter - is wholly unique. 

His origins of working as both an insurance adjuster and insurance defense attorney give him an appreciation for and understanding of how the "other side" looks at cases in terms of valuation and how best to bring the case to a favorable completion. 

Additionally, his thoughtful and meticulous approach to each case has him involved and informed at every level, from visiting accident scenes to personally interviewing witnesses and doing the necessary legwork to cement the case for a successful settlement or, if necessary, trial.

Bob carries an AV Preeminent rating (5.0 out of 5.0) with Martindale Hubbell and is an avid sailor.
