Whitemarsh Garbage Truck Kills Person

Recent news stories reported that a person was killed yesterday by a garbage truck in Whitemarsh Township, with one report claiming the truck flipped onto its side after the driver lost control.
The victim of the accident, which occurred at Hagys Mill Road and Johns Lane, died at the scene. Police are investigating.
