Duffy Attorneys Remain “Super”
(Philadelphia) – Trial attorneys from the catastrophic injury law firm of Duffy + Partners were again selected to the 2015 edition of “Super Lawyers.”
Tom Duffy, founder of the firm, has been listed annually as a Super Lawyer since 2004. Additionally, he was also selected to the prestigious “Top 100” lists for Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. Ken Fulginiti has been included in the Super Lawyers Pennsylvania list since 2005.
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The Rising Stars list is developed using the same patented multiphase selection process except candidates must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars.
