The client verdict obtained by the law firm of Duffy + Partners made the “Largest Legal Judgments List of 2010” list published recently by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The case, Leroy Rice v. Interlake Material Handling Inc. and Interlake Steel Corp., was a $17.3 million judgment in a Philadelphia products liability case handled by Ken Fulginiti and Tom Duffy against the manufacturer of a racking system used in a frozen food warehouse and was the second time the case had faced trial.
