CCM Hockey U.S. Visors and Accessories

CCM Hockey is recalling its FMHVR Hybrid Visors and ACCHVR Replacement Visor Accessories because they can crack on impact, posing a risk of laceration or impact injuries. Consumers should immediately stop using the visors and accessories and return the products to the nearest participating retailer for a free replacement.

Cooluli 10-Liter and 15-Liter Minifridges

The electrical switch for these minifridges can short circuit, which presents fire and burn hazards. There have been at least 19 reports of the minifridges smoking, sparking, burning, melting, overheating or catching fire. This has resulted in property damage totaling $80,000+. Consumers should immediately stop using the fridges and contact the company for a free replacement power cord.

Diamond Wipes International MD Wipe Outz Numbing Tattoo Wipes

The packaging for these wipes is not child-resistant, making it possible for children to access its active ingredient, lidocaine, posing a risk of poisoning if ingested. Consumers should place the wipes out of reach and sight of children and contact the company for safe disposal instructions and a full refund.

Goal Zero YETI 3000X Power Stations

The Power Stations’ circuit boards can overheat. This poses a risk of fire and serious injury from burns. There have been four reports of the power stations catching fire, overheating and smoking. Consumers should stop using the power stations and contact the company for a free repair in the form of a firmware update on the Goal Zero app. The company is also offering a firmware installation at no cost.

Goody King Magnetic Building Cubes and Blocks

The magnets in these cubes can become loose if the cubes break or open. This poses an ingestion hazard to young children. If swallowed, the magnets can cause internal damage, blood poisoning and death. There have been at least 27 reports of the cubes breaking or opening, and two children who ingested magnets, requiring surgery to remove them. Consumers should stop using the toy and contact the company for a full refund. The company will provide a prepaid label to return the magnetic cubes.

KTM North America Off-Road Motorcycles

The motorcycles have a faulty rear brake caliper that can crack or break, which poses a crash hazard from a reduced ability to brake. Consumers should stop riding the motorcycles and contact an authorized dealer to schedule a free repair.

Liquibax Adult Bed Rails

The bed rails pose an entrapment hazard which can lead to serious injury or death from asphyxiation. Consumers should immediately stop using the rails and contact the company for safe disposal instructions and a free refund.

Louisville Ladder Attic Stairway Ladders

The ladders can break during use due to faulty bolts, which poses a risk of serious injury or death from a fall. There have been 11 reports of a bolt breaking, including one instance that led to an injury of the neck, head and back. Consumers should stop using the ladders and contact the company for a free repair kit.

Montessori Baby Toy Sets by Chillife Official

The baby toy sets have pull strings that are longer than permitted and can reach the back of a baby’s throat, posing a choking hazard. This poses a risk of respiratory distress, serious injury or even death. There have been four choking incidents to date. Consumers should immediately take the pull string toys in the set away from children and contact the company for a partial refund.

OKK Trading Easter LED Headbands

The headbands are powered by button cell and coin lithium batteries, which can be accessed easily by young children. If ingested, these batteries post a risk of serious injury, internal chemical burns or death. Consumers should stop using the headbands and contact the company for a refund. They will need to show proof of safe disposal.

Southern Telecom Brookstone-Branded Tabletop Fire Pits

The fire pits can create uncontrolled pool fires where flames burn across the surface of pooled or spilled alcohol. This can result in serious or deadly burns. There have been two reports of flames jetting out from the concrete container, resulting in injuries including second- and third-degree burns. Consumers should stop using the fire pits and contact Southern Telecom for a full refund. The company will provide safe disposal instructions.

Taleco Gear Baby Jumpers, Baby Swings and 2-in-1 Baby Jumper and Swings

The swings and the jumpers can become unstable, which poses a fall risk for the occupant. The hanging restraint straps also pose a strangulation hazard. There have been at least 52 reports of fall, impact and strangulation incidents, including at least 32 reports of injuries such as head bumps and a bloody nose. Consumers should immediately stop using the items and contact the company for safe disposal instructions in order to get a full refund.

TooyBing Wooden Bead Stacking Toys

The toys are intended for children under age 3 but the small size of the wooden beads pose a choking hazard to young children. Consumers should take the toys away from children and contact TooyBing. The company is offering a free replacement upon safe disposal of the recalled toys.
