BlendJet 2 Portable Blenders

These blenders can overheat and catch fire. The blades also can break off, posing a laceration hazard. There have been 329 reports of the blades breaking off during use and 17 reports of the blenders overheating and causing $150,000 in property damage claims. There have been 49 reports of burns and one laceration injury. Consumers should immediately stop using the blenders and contact the company for a free replacement. 

Units affected: 4.8 million

Bunkhouse and Lotsa LITES! Mini String Lights 

When the string lights are plugged into an outlet, the bulbs can overheat, posting a burn and fire hazard. There have been three reports of the bulbs overheating but no injuries. Consumers should stop using the lights and contact the company for a full refund.

BRP Side-by-Side Vehicles

Incorrect maintenance information in the operator’s guide can lead to clutch failure, including fragments ejected from the vehicle. There has been one report of a clutch malfunction but no injuries to date. Consumers should contact the company for the new maintenance guide and adjust maintenance as needed.

DGL Group Hover-1 Helix Hoverboards 

The hoverboards have a lithium-ion battery which can overheat and pose a fire hazard. There have been reports of fires, property damage, and illness from smoke inhalation. Consumers should contact the company for a free replacement.

Empower Brands Power XL Dual Basket Air Fryers

The connector for the two food baskets can break during use, which poses a burn hazard. There have been 41 reports of the piece breaking, leading to burns. Consumers should stop using the fryers and contact the company for a full refund.

Ergodyne Squids Wire Tool Attachments with Screw Gate Tool Tails

The wire tool attachment can break when attached to a tool that exceeds two pounds, posing an injury risk to bystanders. Consumers should stop using the attachment and contact the company for a prepaid return envelope to receive a refund.

These safety harnesses do not comply with the voluntary industry safety standard. The stitching can rip, which poses a fall hazard. No injuries have been reported. Consumers should stop using the harnesses and contact the company for a replacement.

Litti City and Litti Pritti Dress-up Playsets and Prextex Slime Eggs

The playsets and slime eggs contain levels of phthalates and lead that exceed the federal standards and can cause adverse health effects in young children. Consumers should stop using the recalled items and contact the company for a full refund.

The mattresses pose a suffocation hazard to infants. Consumers should immediately stop using the pack and play and contact the company for a full refund and directions on how to dispose of the mattresses.

Pella Casement Windows

The window’s sash can detach from its frame. If that happens, the window can fall, posing a risk of injury. Consumers should contact the company for a free repair by a Pella service technician. Until they can have the windows repaired, they should keep them shut and locked.

Polaris Industries RZR 200 Youth Recreational Off-Road Vehicles

The steering system can lock up while in use, which poses a risk of crashing and injury to children. There have been 32 reports of the steering system locking, including two reports of crashes and two reports of rollovers and tip overs resulting in abrasion injuries. Consumers should stop using the vehicles and contact the dealer for a free repair.

Sourceone Ventures Windsor Queen XtraBed

The outer case of the bed can break and fall when opening the bed from the front, creating an injury hazard. The bed can also tip over if not anchored to the wall, which poses entrapment and injury risks. There have been 19 reports of the outer case breaking, resulting in 11 injuries, and one report of a tip-over resulting in bruising. Consumers should stop using the bed and contact the company for a free home repair.

TJX Foldable Wood and Rope Bistro Set Chairs

The frame of the chair can break while an occupant is seated in it, posing a fall hazard. There have been eight reports of the chair breaking, including six reports of injuries. Consumers should contact TJX for a full refund and disposal instructions.

Traeger Pellet Flat Top Propane Grills

Due to an incorrect burner label, the grill can be unintentionally left on, posing a fire hazard. Consumers should contact the company for a free repair kit.

Vornado Steamfast Travel Steam Irons

Damage near the power cord bushing can lead to overheating and exposed copper wiring, which poses fire, burn and shock hazards. There have been 74 reports of incidents and 18 reports of the power cord smoking, sparking, or catching fire. There have been two reports of minor shocks. Consumers should contact the company for a refund or replacement.

Wet & Forget USA Xtreme Reach Outdoor Mold & Mildew Stain Remover

The end of the hose and nozzle clip can dislodge, which allows the cleaning solution to spray on users. This can cause skin and eye irritation. There have been 3,188 reports of the nozzle dislodging, including 157 reports of exposure to the cleaning solutions and 28 incidences of skin or eye irritation. Consumers should stop using the product and contact the company for a free replacement nozzle.
