The air fryers pose a fire and burn hazard due to a wire connection that can overheat. The company has received 205 reports of the air fryers catching fire, burning, melting, overheating and smoking. These include 10 reports of minor, superficial burn injuries and 23 reports of minor property damage. The company is offering a free replacement, either of the air fryer or other Cosori product.

E-Z-GO PTVs

Textron Specialized Vehicles has recalled its E-Z-GO PTVs due to a fire hazard. The electronic board that powers the USB port can overheat and ignite nearby components. There have been 30 reports of overheating, including 2 that resulted in fires and property damage. The company is offering a free repair.

Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Cleaners

Colgate-Palmolive recalled these cleaners, which can contain Pseudomonas species bacteria. Those with weakened immune systems, external medical devices, and underlying lung conditions can face a risk of serious infection. The company is offering a free replacement product or refund.

Users can be trapped between the bed rail and the mattress or entrapped in the bed rail, posing a risk of asphyxiation. The company is offering a free repair kit for most models and a replacement kit for the model PHB7000D for twin beds, available in late March. There has been one report of a death.

Mainstays Three-Wick Candles

The wicks of these candles are too close to the side of the container. As a result, when they are lit, the glass could break, posing fire and laceration dangers. There has been one report of a minor cut and 12 reports of damage to nearby items. The manufacturer is offering a full refund.
