The air purifiers pose fire and burn hazards, since they can overheat and ignite in use. There have been 37 reports of the air purifiers overheating, including one report of a fire. Consumers should immediately stop using the purifiers and contact the company for a free replacement.

Alterian PurSteam Elite Travel Steamers

While in use, these steamers can expel hot water from the nozzle, creating a risk of serious burns. There have been 472 reports of hot water being expelled, and 54 reports of burn injuries. Andersen Windows Window Opening Control Devices

The opening control devices can detach and/or break, forcing the window to stay in an open position. This poses risks of fall and serious injuries. Consumers should leave the windows in the closed and locked position and schedule a free in-home repair by an authorized Andersen technician.

Clark Associates Lancaster Table & Seating Powder-Coated Aluminum Outdoor Restaurant Chairs and Barstools

The chair and barstool legs can bend or break during use. This poses a risk of a fall hazard. There have been 36 reports of the legs bending or breaking, resulting in four falls and three injuries. Consumers should stop using the chairs and contact the company for a full refund or store credit.

Dupray USA Neat Steam Cleaners

If too much water is put into the steam cleaner, and the inside of the machine is damaged by rust, and the safety valve that’s supposed to release pressure doesn’t work, the tank could burst. If that happens, very hot steam or water could shoot out and cause burns and serious injuries. The firm has received 15 reports of boiler ruptures, including reports of burns, bruises, lacerations, a broken wrist, and at least seven reports of minor property damage. Consumers should stop using the steam cleaner and contact the company for a free replacement safety boiler cap.

Weber Metal Wire Bristle Grill Brushes

The small metal bristles can detach from the grill brushes and adhere to the grill or food. This poses an ingestion hazard that could cause serious internal injuries that may need surgery. There have been at least 38 reports of the bristles detaching, including four instances of consumers who swallowed the bristles and sought medical treatment to remove them from their throat or digestive tract. Consumers should immediately stop using the grill brushes and contact the company for a free replacement.
