Bissell Cordless Wet Dry Vacuums

The circuit board on the Bissell Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum can overheat and smoke, posing a fire hazard. There have been 66 reports of the vacuum smoking and 5 reports of the battery pack catching on fire. There has been 1 burn injury and 3 instances of property damage as a result. The company is offering a free in-home repair.

Children’s Pajama Sets

Pajamas by the Selfie Craft Company don’t meet federal flammability standards, posing a risk of burn injuries. No injuries have been reported. Full refunds are being offered.

Fisher-Price Rock ‘n Play Sleepers

The sleepers were previously recalled in 2019 after 30+ infant fatalities. Since that time, an additional 70 infant deaths have been reported from infants rolling from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained or under other circumstances. The company is offering a refund.

Units affected: 4.7 million

Headlight Sealant

Meguiar’s Heavy Duty Headlight Sealant does not meet federal child-resistant packaging requirements, and therefore poses a poisoning risk to children if swallowed. The company is offering a free replacement. No injuries have been reported.

Honda Talon 1000 ROVs

Honda’s two-seater recreational off-highway vehicle can go into sudden engine failure if the vehicle’s intake funnel band screw loosens and enters the engine. This can result in a loss of control and risk of crash and injury. There have been 18 reports of incidents, including one report where loss of control resulted in a crash with minor injuries to the occupants.

Units affected: 34,000

Kids2 Rocking Sleepers

Deaths have occurred when infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained and under other circumstances. There has been a total of 15 infant deaths reported, including 4 after the recall was announced. The company is offering a refund.

LG Smart Televisions and Stands

LG recalled its freestanding 86-inch Smart Televisions and Stands because they could become unstable and tip over, injuring or entrapping children and others. There were 12 reports of the TV/stand tipping over but no injuries so far. They are offering a free repair.

Multi-Purpose Helmets

Sold under the names of Credhedz Lizard Helmets, Crayola Dry Erase Helmets and Tony Hawk Multi-Purpose Helmets, this headgear fails to protect in the event of a crash. The helmets do not comply with stability and retention requirements. No injuries have been reported. Refunds are being offered.

Vinyl Single-Hung Impact Windows

MI Windows and Doors recalled its vinyl single-hung impact windows due to a malfunctioning latch. The windows pose a risk of falls and serious injuries. No injuries have been reported. The company is offering a repair.

ZLINE Gas Ranges

The oven emits dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. This poses a risk of injury or death. There have been 44 reports of carbon monoxide emission including 3 instances of consumers needing medical attention. The company is offering a free in-home repair.
