The EnHomee-Direct dressers are unstable. If not anchored, they can tip over and pose injury and entrapment hazards to children. Consumers should stop using the dressers and place them in an area away from children. The company is offering a full refund upon safe disposal of the dressers.

Conair Cuisinart Grill Brushes
Small metal bristles can detach from the grill brushes and stick to the grill or to food. This poses a risk of ingestion, which can lead to serious internal injuries that require surgery. There are at least 54 reports of small wire bristles detaching, including three consumers who sought medical treatment to remove the bristles from their throat or digestive tract. Consumers should immediately stop using the brushes and contact the company for a full refund or credit.

Conair Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grills
The pizza oven’s tempered glass can shatter during use. This poses a risk of serious injury from lacerations. There have been 37 reports of shattered glass during use and one fire. Consumers should stop using the Gas Grill immediately and check if their grill is among the recalled models. The company has instructions on how to remove the glass. Upon proof of removal, the company will send a $500 refund.

Cooper Lighting Metalux Optimized High Bay LED Light Fixtures
The LED’s board can overheat. If it comes in contact with the lens or nearby combustible materials, it poses a fire hazard. There have been nine reports of the fixtures catching fire. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled light fixtures and contact the company for a free repair or replacement.

CVS Health Medicated Hemorrhoidal Wipes by Diamond Wipes
The wipes contain lidocaine, which must be in child-resistant packaging. The wipes are not and therefore pose a risk of poisoning if ingested by young children. Consumers should place the wipes out of sight and reach of young children and immediately contact CVS for a full refund. They will be asked to return unopened packets to a CVS store.

The electrical components of these refrigerators can short circuit and ignite. This poses a risk of fire and burn hazards. There have been 34 reports of fires, resulting in one death. Consumers should immediately unplug the refrigerators and contact the company for a free in-home repair.

Greenworks Tools 24V and 48V Kobalt Yard Power Tools with USB-C Batteries
If you charge the lithium-ion batteries through the USB-C port while they’re still inserted in the power tools, it can cause them to short-circuit. This poses a risk of serious injury from fire. There have been 34 reports of the batteries producing smoke, sparking or catching fire. Consumers should stop charging the batteries using the USB-C port and contact the company for a free replacement battery without the USB-C port, a charger adapter, and a warning label.

HARPPA Nordi Toddler Tower Stools
The stools can tip over and collapse during use. In addition, a child’s torso can fit through the openings. This poses a fall hazard and risk of entrapment. The company has received three reports of the towers collapsing or tipping over, causing injuries. The OCTROT Electric Throws and Blankers have electrical cords that can detach and ignite. This poses a risk of severe injury or death from fire, burns, and shocks. There have been 555 reports of blankets or throws melting, sparking and smoking, causing 27 fires and 15 burn or electrical shock injuries. Consumers should stop using the blankets and contact the company for a full refund. They will need to provide proof of safe disposal.
