The bottles pose a choking hazard to young children, as the hard plastic outer shell can bubble and partially peel off, resulting in loose pieces. There have been 135 reports of the bottles bubbling or peeling. Consumers should stop using the bottles and contact the company for a booninc.com store credit or replacement set.

Coffeemakers by Kidisle

These coffeemakers can become clogged, which can cause hot liquid and/or steam to build up and be released without warning, posing the risk of serious burns. There have been 107 reports of the coffeemakers releasing hot liquid/steam, resulting in at least 27 reported first and second-degree burns requiring medical treatment. Consumers should stop using the coffeemakers and contact the company. Upon safe disposal, the company is offering a full refund.

GOPO Toys Pull String Teething Toys

The silicone strings used in these toys are both smaller and longer than permitted, which can pose a choking hazard and risk of serious injury or death. There have been three reports of the toy’s strings causing respiratory distress or choking. Parents should take the toys away from children and contact the company for safe disposal instructions and a full refund.

Honlyne LED Party Favors

The battery compartment of these light-up favors can be easily accessed by children, which poses a risk of serious injury or death from ingestion of the button cell batteries. When those batteries are swallowed, they can cause internal damage, including chemical burns. Consumers should take the favors away from children and contact the company for a full refund. HSN Kitchen HQ Thermal Insulated Bowls

These bowls have metal springs in the detachable hinged lid, which can catch on fire in the microwave. This poses a risk of fires and burns. There have been 30 reports of the bowls smoking, sparking, melting or catching fire when microwaved. One of the fires caused property damage. The company is offering a full refund on the complete set or a partial refund for those who wish to keep the bowls without the lid.

These toys have silicone strings that are smaller and longer than permitted by mandatory standards, and therefore present a choking hazard to children. There have been 10 reports of respiratory distress or choking to date. Consumers should immediately take the teethers away from children, cut the silicone tentacles, write “Recalled” in permanent marker and send a photo to the company. ChilanTech is offering a free replacement toy of equal value and will pay for shipping.

The power cord for the roll-on warmer can overheat and short circuit, causing fires, burns and electrical shock hazards. This poses a serious risk of injury or even death. There have been two reports of the fans catching fire, including one incident that led to smoke damage to property. The plastic tip restraints, also known as furniture straps, can break and/or degrade – resulting in a failure to hold furniture. This can pose a risk of serious injury or death from a tip-over hazard. Consumers should stop using the restraints and contact the company for a free replacement kit, keeping children away from furnishings until they can be secured.

Sloosh Dive Sticks by Joyin

Children are at risk for impalement injuries from the dive sticks, which exceed the compress limit. They also may be at risk for facial and eye injuries when attempting to retrieve the sticks underwater. Consumers should take the dive sticks away from children and contact the company for safe disposal instructions. The company is offering replacement sticks that meet federal regulations.

Solar cam Pan Security Cameras by Wyze Labs

The cameras come with incorrect assembly instructions that can cause consumers to accidentally puncture the lithium-ion battery’s metal casing. If this happens, the battery can overheat quickly, resulting in potential serious injury and/or property damage from fires. There have been 13 reports of the cameras overheating and six instances where they exploded and caught on fire, causing minor burns. The company is offering a free replacement camera with solar panel accessory or a full refund/gift card. The recalled items cannot be thrown in the trash; consumers need to dispose of them in accordance with local and state regulations.

Melted internal parts can ignite, posing a fire hazard. There have been 32 reports of overheating, including eight reports of a fire and one of smoke inhalation.
