The restraint straps on the swing can break, which presents a potential fall hazard to young children. There have been seven reports of the restraints breaking but no injuries. The company is offering free replacement straps.

The lithium-ion batteries in the power banks can overheat, posing a fire hazard. There have been 10 reports of overheating and one minor injury. The company is offering a full refund. The power banks must be properly disposed, according to local and state regulations.

The packaging of these products is not child resistant, and poses a poisoning risk to young children. No injuries have been reported. Sandoz is providing a free child-resistant pouch.

Bedsure Electric Heating Blankets by Bedshe International

The blanket’s controller can malfunction, posing a fire and burn hazard. There have been 137 reports of the blankets and pads catching fire, and 17 reports of burn injuries. The company is offering a full refund.

The Calico Critters animal figures and sets were sold as bottle and pacifier accessories. As it turned out, they posed a choking hazard to children. Two deaths were reported. The company is offering a free replacement accessory.

These pants have an elastic drawstring loop near the ankle that can pose a trip and fall hazard. No injuries have been reported. The company is offering a refund. Consumers can cut the elastic, and send proof to Carhartt if they wish to get the refund and keep the pants.

IKEA LETTAN Mirrors

The plastic that attaches the mirror to the wall can break, causing it to fall and presenting a laceration hazard. There have been 55 reports of incidents worldwide, including one mirror that fell off the wall in the U.S. IKEA is offering a free set of replacement fittings or a full refund.

Kawasaki Motors USA Riding Lawn Mower Engines

Kawasaki has recalled its engines used on the Ferris and SCAG Riding Lawn Mowers due to a fuel leak that can pose burn and fire hazards. The high-pressure fuel line can be damaged by contact with the fuel pump cover, which can cause the leak. There have been four reports of leaks including one fire, but no injuries.

Nurtec ODT Prescription Drugs by Pfizer

The package for these tablets is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning to young children. No injuries have been reported. Pfizer is offering a free child-resistant pouch to store the medication.

Self-Balancing Scooters/Hoverboards by Jetson Electric Bikes

The lithium batteries in the 42-volt Rogue Self-Balancing Scooters and Hoverboards can overheat, posing a fire hazard. A 10-year-old girl and her 15-year-old sister died in a home fire where the Jetson Rogue was the point of origin. Owners should stop using the scooters and hoverboards and contact Jetson for a full refund.

Single Strollers by Mockingbird

The lower part of the stroller frame can crack, which poses a fall risk to children riding in the stroller. There have been 13 reports of cracks but no injuries. The company is offering a free frame reinforcement kit. Its single-to-double strollers were previously recalled in November 2022.

Waterfowl Decoys Battery Packs

Higdon Outdoors is recalling the lithium-ion battery packs and pack replacements on its XS Series Motion Waterfowl Decoys. The battery packs can overheat while charging and pose a fire and/or burn hazard. There have been 20 reports of overheating, including seven fires that involved property damage. No injuries have been reported. The company is offering free replacement battery packs and chargers.

The magnet lined closures can detach. If ingested, they pose a risk of serious injury or death. There have been 1,399 reports of the magnets degrading or failing, including missing or detached magnets. No ingestions or injuries have been reported. YETI is offering a replacement product of equal or greater value or a full refund in a YETI gift card with an additional $25 value.
