4our Kiddies Tip Restraint Kits

These plastic furniture straps can break or degrade, posing a tip-over or entrapment hazard to young children or elderly consumers. This can result in serious injuries or even death. There have been at least 150 reports of the straps breaking, including three tip-over incidents. Consumers should stop using the straps immediately and contact the company for a free replacement kit that is made of stainless steel.

AirClub Convertible Bassinets

The mechanism that attaches the product to the adult bed forms a gap that poses a deadly fall hazard to infants. Consumers should stop using the bassinets and contact the company for a replacement attachment mechanism.

DuraTrac Stainless Steel Gas Connectors

There’s a defect in the gas connectors that can cause a leak, posing a fire hazard. Consumers should stop using the connectors and contact the company for a full refund.

Electrolux Frigidaire Gas Ranges

There can be a delay in the oven’s bake burner ignition, which poses the risk of a burn hazard. There have been 62 reports of delayed ignition, including 30 reports of burn injuries. Consumers should stop using the ranges and contact the company for a free professional in-home repair.

HALO Dream Magic Sleepsuits

The zipper head to the sleepsuit can detach, which poses a risk of choking for infants. There have been 15 reports of the zipper head detaching. Consumers should immediately stop using the sleepsuits and contact the company to receive a coupon code that can be used toward a replacement.

Lifetime Brands BUILT LUUM Light Up Tumblers

The tumblers can break, revealing button cell batteries that are hazardous if ingested. There has been one report of a child putting the cell battery in the mouth. Consumers should stop using the tumblers and contact the company for safe disposal instructions. The company is offering a full refund.

Nexgrill Metal Wire Bristle Grill Brushes

Pieces of the metal wire bristles can detach and stick to the grill or to food. This poses an ingestion hazard and risk of serious internal injuries. Surgery could even be required. There are at least 68 reports of the bristles detaching, including five incidences where consumers swallowed the bristles and sought medical treatment to remove them from their digestive tract or throat. Consumers should stop using the grill brushes and contact the company for a full refund in the form of a gift card.

Stoney Games Kluster Magnet Chess Games

The chess games contain loose high-powered magnets that can pose an ingestion hazard to children, with risk of serious injury or even death. Consumers should immediately take the games away from children and contact the company for safe disposal instructions for the magnets The company is offering free replacement magnets that are larger and meet the mandatory standard for toys.

Sunnyyes LED Mini Lights

These lights contain lithium coin batteries that could be easily accessed by children. The screw on the remote control that secures the battery compartment does not remain attached. This poses an ingestion hazard that could result in serious injury and even death. Consumers should stop using the lights and place them out of reach and sight of children. The company is offering a full refund once consumers follow safe disposal instructions.

Tomum Minoxidil Hair Serum Spray Bottles

The Poison Prevention Packaging Act requires Minoxidil to be in child-resistant packaging. The serum spray bottles are not, posing a risk of serious injury or death if the contents are ingested. Consumers are asked to remove the spray bottles, so they are out of sight and reach of children. The company is offering a free replacement product upon proof of safe disposal of the recalled product.

Vive Health Adult Portable Bed Rails

Users can become trapped between the bed rails and the mattress, posing risk of injury or even death. Two deaths have been reported. Consumers should stop using the recalled bed rails and contact the company for instructions on how to receive a full refund.

Wagner Spray Tech 900 Series Power Steamers

The hose can get extremely hot and the nozzle can expel hot water while in use, which poses a burn hazard. There have been over 50 burn injuries to users’ arms, hands, feet, and face.  Consumers should stop using the steamers and contact the company for a free repair kit.
