The snowmobile’s drive clutch can break and send fragments flying which presents a risk of lacerations. There have been 200 reports of clutch failures, including where the fragments hit consumers. Consumers should immediately stop using the snowmobile and contact the company for an additional clutch guard. The company also will inspect and, if needed, replace the primary clutch.

Bausch & Lomb Project Watson Eyelid Wipes for Dogs
Bacteria and fungi can grow in the container once it’s opened, posing a risk of serious infection. The company is offering a full refund.

Black & Decker Craftsman V20 Cordless Tillers/Cultivators
The assembly instructions could cause consumers to incorrectly attach the bottom of the tiller/cultivator so that it is upside down. If this happens, it rotates in the wrong direction, posing a laceration hazard to the user. The company has posted updated assembly instructions at the link indicated below.

DR Power Equipment Walk-Behind and Tow-Behind Leaf Blowers
Pieces can come loose inside the unit and, as a result, be ejected. This poses a laceration risk for both users and bystanders. There have been 22 reports of pieces being ejected. Consumers should immediately stop using the leaf blowers and contact DR Power for a free dealer-installed repair.

Electrolux Group Frigidaire and Kenmore Electric Ranges
The surface heating elements can turn on spontaneously and fail to turn off when shut off is selected. They also can heat to different temperatures than selected. For these reasons, they pose a burn risk and fire hazard. There have been at least 212 reports of the ranges behaving erratically, including 14 reports of fires and 8 reports of burn injuries and smoke inhalation. If the range is repairable, a free inspection and repair will be scheduled. If the range cannot be repaired, Electrolux will offer a $50 electronic gift card and reimbursement of up to $60 for a haul away fee.

Medline Industries Adult Portable Bed Rails
These bed rails pose a serious entrapment risk, which can lead to death by asphyxiation. There have been 2 reports of deaths due to entrapment, both at care facilities. Consumers and facilities should immediately stop using the rails and contact the company for a full refund.

Textron Specialized Vehicles Prowler Pro and Tracker Utility Vehicles
The fuel tank cap does not fit properly, which can cause the fuel to leak. This poses a fire risk. There have been 48 reports of fuel leaks but no injuries. The company is offering a free inspection and repair at an authorized dealer.
