Baseus Portable Chargers
The lithium-ion batteries in these chargers can overheat, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries. There have been 76 reported incidents, including 72 cases of the chargers bulging and four fires—three of which resulted in property damage. Consumers should stop using the chargers immediately and contact the company for safe disposal instructions and to receive a free replacement.

Huffy Children’s Ride-On Tonka Dump Truck
The controller can overheat, posing a potential risk of burns and fire hazards. There have been three reports of the controller overheating and one report of a fire. Consumers should stop using the trucks immediately and contact Huffy for a free replacement controller and instructions on how to safely dispose of the recalled unit.

Igloo 90 Qt. Rolling Coolers
This is an expanded recall of these coolers due to handles that can pinch users’ fingertips, potentially causing severe injuries, including crushed or amputated fingers. Igloo has received 78 reports of fingertip injuries, including 26 cases involving amputations, fractures, or lacerations. Consumers should stop using the coolers immediately and contact the company for a free replacement handle.
Units affected: 130,000 coolers in addition to the 1 million+ previously recalled in February

iWalk Magnetic Wireless Power Banks
These power banks contain lithium-ion batteries that can overheat and ignite, posing a risk of burns and serious injury or death. There have been 15 reports of the power banks igniting, resulting in 10 burns. Consumers should immediately stop using the power banks and contact the company, U2O Global, for a full refund. The company will provide instructions on safe disposal.

KTM Off-Road Motorcycles
These motorcycles pose a crash hazard, as the front brake caliper can crack. This reduces the braking system’s effectiveness. Consumers should immediately stop riding the motorcycles and contact an authorized GAGAS Motorcycles or Husqvarna Motorcycles dealer for a free inspection/repair.

Kubota Tractor Corporation RTV-Series Utility Vehicles
These vehicles post a crash hazard if the ball joint connected to the front suspension loosens and separates from the front suspension arm. As a result, the driver will lose wheel control and support. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact an authorized Kubota dealer for a free inspection and repair.

Macy’s Holiday Lane Infant Footed Pajamas
The elastic at the ankles on these pajamas can be too tight, restricting blood circulation. There have been four reports of the elastic causing chafing, imprinting or restricting blood circulation. Consumers should immediately stop using the pajamas and return them to Macy’s for a full refund.

SharkNinja Foodi Multi-Function Pressure Cookers
The lids on these cookers can be opened during use. This poses a risk of burn injuries if the hot contents escape. There have been 106 reports of burn injuries, including 50 reports of second- or third-degree burns to the face or body. Consumers should immediately stop using the pressure cooker function and contact the company for a free replacement lid.

The Step2 Company My First Snowman
The snowman’s top hat can break into small pieces, posing a choking hazard, and risk of serious injury or death to small children. There have been 47 reports of the brim on the hat breaking. WeHwupe Adult Portable Bed Rails
When the bed rails are attached to the bed, individuals can become entrapped between the rail and the mattress. This poses a risk of death by asphyxiation. There was one report of the bed rail breaking during use, resulting in a fall injury. Consumers should contact the company for a free replacement and follow guidelines for the safe disposal of the recalled rails.

Yamaha Corporation of America Power Adaptors for Digital Pianos and Music Workstations
These power adapters pose burn and fire hazards. They can overheat and ignite. Consumers should immediately stop using the adaptors and contact the company for detailed instructions on safe disposal as well as a free replacement. The only exception is for consumers who own a Yamaha Clavinova digital piano. In those cases, consumers should unplug the piano and contact Yamaha to arrange for a piano technician to perform an onsite inspection and provide a free replacement.
