AirWick Aerosol Air Fresheners

A single batch of air fresheners was manufactured without a corrosion inhibitor. This can cause the metal to rupture, posing risk of injury that includes skin lacerations and eye irritation. The recall affects the AirWick Fresh New Day “Fresh Linen” and “Fresh Water” Airwick scents. The company has received two reports of leaking cans, two reports of ruptured cans, and one report of a can that both ruptured and leaked. There have been no injuries.

Sold: Grocery, mass merchandisers, hardware, home improvement, drug stores and other stores nationwide, including Dollar Tree, True Value and Cumberland Farms between March 2022 and September 2022

Bentex Children’s Clothing Sets

The Disney-themed clothing sets had textile ink that contained lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children.

Black+Decker Garment Steamers

The steamers can spray and leak hot water, posing a burn hazard. The company has received 241 reports of hot water expelling from the steamer. Of those, 32 resulted in burn injuries and two caused second-degree burns.

Clarks Americas Women’s Navy Blue Canvas Shoes

The shoes’ upper material contains a toxic chemical. Prolonged exposure could cause adverse health effects. No incidents have been reported.

Generac Portable Generators

The generator’s unlocked handle can pinch fingers against the frame, which could result in crushing and/or amputation injuries. The company has had 37 reports of injuries, including 24 finger amputations and five crushed fingers.

Green Sprouts Toddler’s Stainless Steel Bottles and Cups

The bottom base can break off, exposing users to a solder dot that contains lead. If ingested by young children, lead is toxic and can cause adverse health effects. There have been 7 reports of the base breaking off, but no injuries have been reported.

MATRYX, AXYS and Pro-Ride Snowmobiles

The fuel tank can ignite during operation, causing the tank to burst. The manufacturer, Polaris Industries, has received 30 reports of the fuel tank bursting, 16 incidents of fire, and one report of a second-degree burn.

Mockingbird Single-to-Double Strollers

The stroller frame can crack and pose a fall risk to children. The company has received 138 reports of the frame cracking. There have been 8 injuries involving cuts, scratches or bruises to children riding in the stroller.

When not properly tightened, the pedals can loosen and detach, posing an injury hazard. The company has received 864 reports of the pedals loosening or detaching. Of those, 75 resulted in bruises and cuts.

The company received 137 reports of tires blowing out, deflating, and separating from the sidewalls. There were 5 reports of road rash, cuts and/or bruises, one report of a broken wrist, and one report of a broken arm.
