These containers lack the flame mitigation devices required by law, creating a risk of flash fires, property damage, burns, or even death. Consumers should stop using the recalled fuel containers and contact the company for a free replacement.

Belkin Portable Power Banks and Wireless Charging Stands

These power banks and charging stands contain lithium-ion batteries that can overheat, creating a risk of burn injuries, fire, and potential property damage. There has been one report of a fire in the U.S. and 15 reports internationally. Outside of the U.S., two minor burn injuries were reported, and property damage totaling $37,765. Consumers should stop using the products and contact the company for a full refund or store credit.

Demlar MoonSoll and Magic Chems Fuel Bottles

These ethanol fuel bottles fail to meet federal safety standards for portable fuel containers. Consumers should immediately stop using the fuel containers and contact the company for a refund.

F&F Fine Wines Kirkland Signature Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Bottles

These bottles carried by Costco can easily break or shatter, posing a risk of lacerations. There have been 10 reports of the bottles shattering or breaking. Consumers should contact Ethica Wines for a refund.

Great Lakes Wholesale International Battery Packs

The packaging used for the button cell and lithium coin batteries is not child resistant and does not include required warning labels. This is important as button cell or coin batteries swallowed by children can cause serious internal injuries, such as chemical burns or death. Consumers should place the batteries in an area out of reach of children and contact the company for a refund.

Inkari Plush Alpaca Toys

The eyes on these plush toys can detach, posing a choking risk to children. Consumers should immediately place the toys out of reach of children and contact the company for instructions on how to dispose of the toy and obtain a refund.

Outdoor Master Children’s and Youth Helmets

Ozark Trail Tabletop 1-Burner Butane Camping Stoves

The stoves are prone to catching fire or exploding, which presents a fire hazard and burn risk. There have been 26 reports of the stoves catching fire or exploding, including 16 reports of injuries including second-degree burns. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled stoves and return them to Walmart for a full refund.

Peloton Original Series Bike+ Exercise Bikes

The seat post for the Peloton bike can break during use. This poses potential fall and injury risks to the rider. There have been three reports of the seat post breaking and detaching during use, resulting in two injuries. Consumers should immediately stop using the bikes and contact Peloton for a free repair.

STIHL BR 800 Backpack Blowers

The backpack blower’s fan wheel can break apart, which presents a potential laceration hazard. Consumers should immediately stop using the blower and bring it to an authorized STIHL dealer for a free inspection and replacement of the fan wheel.

Tesla Powerwall 2 AC Battery Power Systems

Certain Powerwall 2 systems have lithium-ion battery cells that can cause the unit to stop functioning. When that happens, the unit can overheat and, in some cases, smoke or burst into flames. This poses a risk of burns, fires, and even death. Tesla has received 22 reports of units overheating, including six reports of smoking and five fires resulting in minor property damage. Consumers should check the Tesla app to determine if their unit is included in the recall. Tesla has remotely discharged energy from the batteries for systems that are online until a replacement can be made.

Trek Bicycles with Coaster Brakes and Replacement Rear Wheels

These bicycles pose a crash risk to riders, as the coaster brakes can fail to engage. Consumers should immediately stop using the bikes and replacement rear wheels and contact an authorized Trek or Electra dealer to schedule a free repair.

Zippee Silicone Activity Toys

These toys have spherical ends that can pose a serious choking hazard to children, and there has been one incident of injury of a child. Consumers should immediately take the toys away from children and follow safe disposal instructions from Mobi Games in order to receive a full refund.
