The camshafts in these engines can cause the starter rope to retract suddenly when it is pulled, which poses an injury hazard. There have been 2,197 reports of camshaft failures, including 7 reports of minor injuries. Consumers should schedule an appointment with a Honda Power Equipment dealer for a free inspection and repair.

Sold: Lawnmowers were sold at Honda Power Equipment dealers, Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Lowes, Northern Tool and various farm, agricultural and rental stores nationwide from May 2022 to June 2023; Pressure washer engines were sold at Lowes, Home Depot and other retail stores nationwide from June 2022 to August 2023

Buffalo Games Chuckle & Roar Ultimate Water Beads Activity Kits

The water beads in this game can expand, and if ingested, can pose choking and intestinal obstruction hazards inside a child’s body. This could result in severe discomfort, vomiting, dehydration, and risk of death. There has been one report of a death of a 10-month-old, and one report of serious injury to a 9-month-old who required surgery to remove the intestinal obstruction. Consumers should immediately stop using the beads and contact the company for a full refund.

Emporia North America Smart Plugs

These plugs pose an electric shock hazard, as they are not adequately grounded. There have been 2 reports of the plugs not working because they are not properly grounded. Consumers should immediately stop using them and contact the company for a free replacement or full refund.

The mattresses may have been exposed to water during manufacturing, which could allow mold to form. This poses a potential health risk to consumers with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs, or allergies to mold. There have been 541 reports of mold thus far but no reported injuries. Consumers should contact FXI for a full refund or replacement.

Generac Portable Generators

The fuel tank on these generators can fail to vent adequately, posing a serious fire and burn risk. There have been 27 incidents of generators overheating or expelling fuel, including 3 reports of serious burn injuries. Consumers should immediately stop using the generators and contact the company for a free repair kit.

H&M Men’s Clasp Beaded Bracelets

The clasp on these bracelets contains a level of lead that exceeds the federal standard. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children. No injuries have been reported. Consumers should contact H&M for a prepaid mailer and return the bracelet for a full refund.

Lectric Ebikes Disc Brake Calipers

The disc brake calipers can fail, which can result in loss of control of the bike. This poses crash and injury hazards to the rider. There have been 4 reports of loss of braking power, including 2 injuries that involved cuts, scrapes, and a broken bone. Consumers should immediately stop using the e-bikes and contact the company for a free repair kit. They also can receive up to $100 towards the cost to install front and rear mechanical brake calipers.

The bottles are not child-resistant, which poses a potential poisoning risk to children who may swallow the vitamins. Consumers should immediately move the vitamins to a location out of reach of children. They may contact the company for instructions on how to dispose of the product, and to receive a product replacement with child-resistant packaging. They also may request a full refund.

Pirelli Tire P ZERO Race TLR Bicycle Tires

Consumers could experience a rapid loss of air in the tires, due to the tire bead unseating from the rim. This could result in loss of control and a fall hazard. Consumers should stop using the tires and contact Pirelli for a free replacement product or a full refund.

Rust-Oleum Fluorescent Pink Spray Paint

The spray valve assembly can detach with enough force to cause an impact injury. Consumers should stop using the paint, take a photo of the product and date code on the bottom of the can, and dispose of it in accordance with local requirements. Customers that submit information on the product and date code to the company will receive a full refund.

Shimano Cranksets for Bicycles

The crank parts can separate and break, which poses a crash injury hazard to users. There have been 4,519 incidents of the cranksets separating. The company has received reports of 6 injuries, including bone fractures, joint displacement, and lacerations. Consumers should contact an authorized Shimano dealer who will inspect the cranksets and replace those that show signs of bonding separation.

When someone is seated in these chairs, the wooden frame can break or collapse, posing a fall hazard. There have been 7 reports of chairs breaking/collapsing, including 4 instances of injuries.
