AMTRADING Hoovy Cooling Gel Insert Pads for Car Seats and Strollers

When left in the sun or a hot car, the cooling pads become extremely hot, posing a burn risk for the child in the car seat or stroller. Consumers should immediately stop using the pads and contact the company for instructions on getting a full refund.

Anker Power Banks

The power banks’ lithium-ion battery can overheat, which could pose risks of fire and burns. There have been 33 reports of fires and explosions, including four minor burn injuries and one report of substantial property damage. Consumers should check whether their product serial number is among those affected. If so, they should contact the company for either a full cash refund or an Anker gift card. The company will provide instructions including how to safely dispose of lithium-ion batteries.

EnHomee Dressers

The dressers post tip-over and entrapment hazards if not anchored to the wall. Their instability can result in serious injury or death to children. Consumers should immediately stop using any of the dressers that are not anchored and move them to a place where children cannot access them. They should contact the company for instructions on how to dispose of the dressers to receive a full refund.

Sold: The rustic brown units were sold on Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Shein, TikTok, Shopify, and Temu from September 2023 through March 2025 and the white, black, and pink units were sold from September 2023 through May 2024

Epoca International Paris Hilton Mini Beauty Fridges

Due to a faulty electrical switch, this fridge can short circuit and overheat, posing a fire and burn risk. There have been 27 reports of the fridge overheating and catching on fire. Consumers should immediately stop using the fridge and contact the company for instructions on how to receive a full refund.

Five Below Tabletop Fire Pits

The alcohol used as fuel can leak out of the reservoir. If this happens during ignition or use, that can cause a flash fire which produces larger hotter flames that can quickly spread. As such, the fire pit poses a risk of serious burns from flame jetting, as well as fire damage. Consumers should immediately stop using the fire pits and contact Five Below for a full refund.

IcyBreeze Cooling Portable Misting Fans

While charging, the fan can overheat, which poses a risk of fires and burns. There have been 7 reports of the fans overheating including two that resulted in a fire. Consumers should immediately stop using the fans and contact the company for recall instructions.

Mad Rabbit RELIEVE Lidocaine Numbing Cream

The cream’s packaging is not child-resistant, which is required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. One of the cream’s ingredients, lidocaine, is a substance that can cause serious injury or death if swallowed by young children. Consumers should move the cream out of reach and sight from children and contact the company for a free child-resistant lid.

Makita USA, Inc. Cordless Grease Guns and Grease Gun Hoses

The hose can develop a hole, which allows grease to be ejected. This poses a laceration hazard to the user. There have been five reports of the grease gun hose failing, causing five laceration injuries. Consumers should immediately stop using the grease gun and contact the company for a free replacement hose.

Persilux Brand Zebra Blinds

The blinds have long cords that can entangle and strangle young children, causing injury and even death. Consumers should stop using the blinds and contact the company for a free repair kit that replaces the cords with wands.

Sunbeam Oster French Door Countertop Ovens

The doors of these ovens can suddenly close, which could result in burns to users. There have been 95 reports of the doors closing unexpectedly, resulting in burn injuries. Two of the injuries involved second degree burns. Consumers should stop using the ovens and contact the company for a free repair kit with a clip-on device that helps secure the doors.

URMYWO Baby Loungers

The baby loungers do not meet the minimum standards for safety. The sides are shorter than required, the sleeping pad’s thickness exceeds the maximum limit thereby posing a suffocation risk, and the opening at the foot of the lounger can pose a fall risk or potential for entrapment. These violations can lead to serious injury or death. Consumers should stop using the loungers immediately and contact the company for a full refund.

Wuensche USA Ambiano Cotton Candy Makers

If the consumer uses the product without the included sugar receptable, the heating element can cause the sugar to ignite, posing a fire hazard. There have been 12 reports of sparking or fire. Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return it for a full refund.
