Children can access the button cell batteries used to power these toys, which poses a risk from ingestion. Blue Cactus Company Reclining Chair Battery Packs

The packs are powered by lithium-ion batteries, which can overheat, posing risks of fires and burns. There have been four reports of the batteries overheating, smoking or igniting. Consumers should stop using the packs and contact the company for a replacement pack. The company will also provide instructions for safe disposal of the recalled product.

Branch Ergonomic Chairs

The backrests on these chairs can collapse, posing a risk of falls to users. There have been 11 reports of the backrests detaching. Consumers should immediately stop using the chairs and contact the company for a free repair kit.

These toys contain button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children. If these batteries are swallowed, they can cause serious injury or even death. The grounding wire in the heating element for these grills can disconnect. If that happens, it loses fault protection, posing a risk of electric shock. Clorox Puerto Rico Scented Mistolin and Lestoil Multi-Purpose Cleaners

The cleaners may contain bacteria, which can cause serious infections in those with weakened immune systems or those using external medical devices. The bacteria can enter the body through the nose, eyes or breaks in the skin. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cleaners and contact the company for a full refund.

Colerinsec Jerify Magnetic Stick Figure Toy Sets

The magnets on these toys can come loose, posing an ingestion hazard for children. When swallowed, magnets can become lodged in the digestive system and cause perforations, twisting or intestinal blockages. The company has received two reports of children removing and ingesting the magnets, both resulting in hospitalization. Consumers should immediately take these toys away from children and contact the company for a full refund. The company will provide instructions on safe disposal.

The red knobs on this toy can come loose, which poses a deadly choking hazard for children under three years of age. There have been nine reports of explosions and the power banks igniting, including one that resulted in $2 million in property damage and one that caused a burn injury. Consumers should stop using the power banks and contact the company for instructions on how to receive a full refund.

Prepared Hero Fire Spray Canisters

The canisters can deteriorate over time, which could result in a ruptured can that can fail to operate during a fire. This poses a risk of fire and burn injuries.
