John Mirabella
Biography:
John Mirabella has been an attorney with the Duffy firm for over twenty years.
John handles all types of matters involving Personal and Catastrophic injury; however, his practice is focused on assisting the victims of medical malpractice who have been severely injured. He is dedicated to assisting his clients (or their survivors) - many of whom are young children facing a lifetime of pain, disability and medical bills - in obtaining compensation for their injuries. He has experience in all areas of medical malpractice and has extensive experience in the areas of Birth Injury and Emergency Room medicine.
Because of the firm's careful screening process, he is able to work with clients one-on-one from the moment the firm is engaged right through to settlement or verdict. The relationship does not end there because John provides his clients guidance after the case is over to make certain the funds are used to the maximum benefit including when necessary assisting with the formation of trusts and the appointment of guardians. John brings a profound personal commitment and relentless attention not just to those cases, but more importantly, the clients behind them, because, in his opinion, having suffered needlessly through errors and carelessness they deserve nothing less.
John lectures and writes regularly on topics related to medical malpractice and trial practice including some of the lectures listed below.
