An aviation accident is an occurrence which takes place during the operation of an aircraft between the time a person boards the craft to fly and his disembarkment, wherein a person suffers death or injury.
The causes can be due to pilot error, mechanical failure, weather, sabotage or other human error. Remedies include compensation to the victim and/or to the victims’ survivors.
