Sarah Dooley Named ‘Top 40 Under 40’ Among Civil Trial Attorneys

(Philadelphia) Sarah Filippi Dooley of Duffy + Partners was selected for membership in the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40.” The organization is composed of attorneys aged 40 or younger who “exemplify superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile.” Membership is by invitation only and only to attorneys who practice civil plaintiff or criminal defense law.

Dooley joined Duffy + Partners in 2012 after earning her law degree at Widener University School of Law, where she was recognized with a “Pro-Bono Distinction” and a student bar association award, both given based on her community service and dedication to the school.

At Duffy + Partners, Dooley focuses her work on cases involving personal and catastrophic injury caused by products liability (defects), premises liability, construction/industrial accidents and motor vehicle/trucking accidents. She carries an OSHA 10 certification in occupational and workplace safety.
