Duffy and Fulginiti Speak on Big Verdicts for PAJ

(Philadelphia) Duffy + Fulginiti named partners Tom Duffy and Ken Fulginiti shared insights on securing big verdicts at the virtual Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) Annual Summer Retreat on July 21. Their session was titled “Tips and Tricks During Examination & Insight on What Juries Need to See and Hear to Win a Big Verdict.”

The veteran litigators addressed direct, cross and redirect examinations and provided insight on what is beneficial for juries to see and hear in order to win a big verdict.

The PAJ was founded in 1968 as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association when leadership from two ends of the state banded together, recognizing the need for a cohesive and effective statewide organization to uphold and defend the Pennsylvania legal system, including trial by jury.

Tom Duffy founded the firm over 30 years ago to help individuals and families who are the victims of catastrophic injury and in 2018 secured the largest medical malpractice settlement in PA history. That same year, Ken Fulginiti secured the largest general liability settlement for a minor in Pennsylvania history.

Founded in 1988, Duffy + Fulginiti is committed to making a difference in the City of Philadelphia through its advocacy of victims of catastrophic injury and their families. To learn more, visit www.duffyfirm.com.
