Duffy Attorneys Named to 2018 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers

Philadelphia – Two attorneys from Duffy + Partners have again been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list: firm founder Tom Duffy and attorney Ken Fulginiti.

Duffy, who marks his 15th year on the list, had the added distinction of being listed in not only the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania, but also the Top 10 Super Lawyers overall in Pennsylvania. Fulginiti, who has earned the Super Lawyer designation annually since 2005, was also named to the Top 100 in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia.

Super Lawyers is a patented rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Just 5 percent of attorneys in the state receive the designation. The Rising Stars list is developed using the same patented multiphase selection process except candidates must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
