Duffy + Fulginiti Attorneys Earn Top Honors on 2022 PA Super Lawyers List
(Philadelphia) – Duffy + Fulginiti attorneys Tom Duffy, Ken Fulginiti and Sarah Dooley have all been featured in the list of 2022 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas.
Firm founder Tom Duffy reprised his selection to the Top 10 in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list in 2022, an honor he has received since 2016. He and partner Ken Fulginiti also were named to the Top 100 lists in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania this year. Attorney Sarah Dooley was selected to the Rising Stars list for the third consecutive year.
Super Lawyers is a patented rating service of outstanding lawyers. The selection process includes independent research and peer nominations. The Super Lawyers list recognizes the top 5 percent of the attorneys in Pennsylvania. The Rising Stars list recognizes attorneys aged 40 or younger or in practice less than 10 years. It recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state.
Duffy has been selected to the Super Lawyers list since 2004, and the Top 100 in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania since 2007. He founded the firm over 30 years ago, when he left a promising career at a large Philadelphia firm to establish his own practice, helping individuals and families who are the victims of catastrophic injury.
Fulginiti has been named to the Super Lawyers list since 2005, and the Top 100 in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania since 2018. He and his firm have actively assisted the victims of accidents by aggressively pursuing cases against national and international companies, their insurance carriers, and others.
Dooley has been named to the Rising Star list since 2020. She focuses her work on cases involving personal and catastrophic injury caused by product liability, premises liability, construction/industrial accidents, and motor vehicle/trucking accidents. She carries an OSHA 10 certification in occupational and workplace safety.
