(Philadelphia) - A record-setting settlement secured by Duffy + Fulginiti attorneys topped the list of Top Verdict’s Top 10 Settlements in the United States in 2018. The $160 million settlement, where U-Haul compensated victims of a propane tank explosion in Philadelphia, ranked #1 in Pennsylvania and #19 nationwide.
