Duffy to Keynote DRI’s Personal Injury Practicum
(Philadelphia) Tom Duffy will deliver the keynote address at the Personal Injury Practicum presented by the Dispute Resolution Institute on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Duffy is part of an all-star faculty that includes both attorneys and judges. Duffy’s keynote presentation will kick off the afternoon session, which begins at 1:15 pm.
Duffy, the founder of The Duffy Firm, has been helping those who are catastrophically injured and their families for 35 years. A respected attorney in his field, he has received countless distinctions, awards, and titles as testimony to his work, including the prestigious Justice Michael A. Musmanno Award from his peers in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the 2023 Jefferson Moss-Magee Humanitarian Award.
The Personal Injury Practicum is an annual program of the Dispute Resolution Institute. Topics for the 2023 program will include premises liability, homeowner claims, UM/UIM law, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
