(Philadelphia) – – Renowned Philadelphia Personal Injury attorney Tom Duffy, founder of The Duffy Firm, will headline a continuing legal education (CLE) seminar, Win at Trial: Expect the Unexpected on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the CLE Conference Center on the 11th floor of the Wanamaker Building.

The program, hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI), the educational arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, will feature an exclusive interview with Duffy by attorney Heidi G. Villari. Designed for legal professionals aiming to sharpen their trial preparation and litigation skills, the seminar will cover topics including courtroom adaptability, turning setbacks into strengths, and mastering the unexpected.

“Trials need more than extensive preparation—they demand the ability to change your strategy at a moment’s notice,” said Duffy. “This session is about giving lawyers the tools they need when the script goes out the window.”

Duffy, who has been named Philadelphia’s “Lawyer of the Year” for Plaintiffs Personal Injury Litigation and is listed annually among the “Top Ten” Super Lawyers in both Philadelphia and Pennsylvania, is known for securing very large settlements and verdicts in Pennsylvania personal injury matters, including the largest medical malpractice judgment in Pennsylvania in 2024.

The seminar is approved for 2 CLE credit hours in 60-minute states and 2.4 CLE credit hours in 50-minute states. For more information, or to register, visit pbi.org.
