(Philadelphia) – Tom Duffy, founder of Duffy + Partners, presented a comprehensive "Masters of Litigation" trial skills continuing legal education (CLE) training program on November 1, 2019 at Temple University's Beasley School of Law.

The course, hosted by the Pennsylvania State Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), also featured instructors Joseph C. Crawford, John P. McShea III, William Ricci, Linda Dale Hoffa, and Catherine Henry. This is the PA ACTL fellows' third annual collaboration with Temple’s law school.

The ACTL is an invitation-only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds from the United States and Canada. The college maintains and seeks to improve the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics, and the administration of justice through education and public statements on important legal issues relating to its mission. The college thoroughly investigates each nominee for admission and selects only those who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality.
