Duffy Firm Hosts Personal Injury CLE Program

Ken Fulginiti welcomes attendees to the firm's CLE event

Sarah Dooley illustrates a point during the program

(Springfield, PA)Ken Fulginiti and Sarah Dooley of Duffy + Partners recently hosted a sellout crowd for a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program entitled "Personal Injury Litigation: From intake to trial and everything in between."

The program offered an overview of how to effectively evaluate, manage and try cases involving auto or truck injury, product liability, premises liability, construction accidents and more. Instruction covered everything from the “day one musts,” to securing witnesses and experts, to ongoing discovery and motions.

Attorneys who took part in the program, which was held at the Springfield Country Club on November 11, 2016, secured 4.0 substantive Pennsylvania CLE credits and left with best practices on how to prevail and work towards the best possible outcome for their clients. There was little doubt as to the value of the program, as the response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. "This was the best, most enjoyable and possibly most informative CLE presentation I have attended since the requirement was instituted," shared one participant.

Ken Fulginiti has been with the Duffy firm for over 25 years, focusing his practice entirely on helping individuals and families who are the victims of catastrophic injury and has worked toward the resolution of many seven and eight-figure recoveries for his clients. Sarah Dooley joined the firm in 2012 and handles cases involving products liability (defects), premises liability, construction/industrial accidents and motor vehicle/trucking accidents. She carries an OSHA 10 certification in occupational and workplace safety.
