Ken Fulginiti Appears on Good Morning America to Discuss Little League Lawsuit

Ken Fulginiti, along with the parents of 13-year-old Easton Oliverson, appeared on Good Morning America today to discuss the details of the accident that has resulted in a lawsuit against Little League Baseball Inc.

Fulginiti relayed how a history of at least a dozen falls since 2005 should have sent a warning sign to the league that safety rails should have been in place.

"Kids are falling out of the top bunks of the bunk beds and they may not have been as serious injuries as Easton suffered, but they were orthopedic injuries, they were concussions, they were things like that," he said in the interview.
