Ken Fulginiti Appointed PTLA President Elect

(Philadelphia) Ken Fulginiti of Duffy + Fulginiti is the new president elect for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA), effective July 1, 2021. Fulginiti will serve in this role until July 2022, at which time he will become PTLA’s next president.

“The leadership of PTLA will be critical coming out of this uncertain year,” noted partner and former PTLA president Tom Duffy. “Ken’s role will be pivotal in positioning the organization successfully for the future. As he transitions into this new role, and eventually becomes president, I anticipate great things ahead.”

The PTLA has been in existence for over 60 years and is the oldest trial lawyer organization in Pennsylvania. It is made up of civil and criminal attorneys who are dedicated to the preservation of the American legal system and the protection of justice for their clients.
