Ken Fulginiti Ascends to PTLA Presidency

(Philadelphia) Ken Fulginiti of Duffy + Fulginiti has been elected president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA) effective July 1, 2022. In this role, he will oversee an organization dedicated to protecting and defending the American legal system and preserving the Constitutional right to a jury trial for individuals injured due to negligence.

“There is no one better equipped to lead PTLA in this difficult time when our civil justice system is under attack than Ken Fulginiti,” noted his partner and former PTLA president Tom Duffy. “From the time he started at our firm as a law student, Ken has fought every day to obtain justice for our clients. The outstanding results he has obtained both in the courtroom and in his record-setting settlements are a testament to his hard work and skill as a trial lawyer.”

Fulginiti’s practice is dedicated to helping individuals and families who are the victims of catastrophic injury. He and the firm have actively assisted victims of accidents by not only aggressively pursuing cases against national and international companies and insurance carriers, but also by contributing to organizations and charities that provide support to those individuals. He is a frequent lecturer and author on personal injury trial techniques.

The PTLA has been in existence for 62 years and is the oldest trial lawyer organization in Pennsylvania. It is made up of civil attorneys who are dedicated to the preservation of justice for their clients and is a powerful networking hub for Philadelphia’s top trial lawyers.
