Sarah Dooley Named Editor-in-Chief of PTLA’s “The Verdict”

(Philadelphia) – Sarah Dooley of Duffy + Fulginiti was appointed editor-in-chief of The Verdict, the bi-monthly newsletter of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA). The Verdict reports on current issues and recent developments in Pennsylvania law and includes case notes on area arbitration awards, jury verdicts and settlements. It is published six times annually.

Prior to being named editor-in-chief, Dooley served on the newsletter’s editorial board and regularly authored articles for the publication.

At Duffy + Fulginiti, Dooley focuses her work on cases involving personal and catastrophic injury caused by products liability (defects), premises liability, construction/industrial accidents and motor vehicle/trucking accidents. She carries an OSHA 10 certification in occupational and workplace safety.

The PTLA is an active professional organization comprised of civil and criminal litigation attorneys. In existence for over 60 years, the PTLA is the oldest trial lawyer organization in Pennsylvania.
