The attorneys serving in the roles of the “Duffy Fellow” at the Legal Clinic for the Disabled are embracing new roles at the organization while helping those with disabilities and low incomes across the region.
"Every one of them had their fingerprints on this, so it was really just going to be a question of whose were the deepest and the darkest," Fulginiti said.
The ruling now gives medical negligence victims the opportunity to select an appropriate county based upon the same legal principles as other injury cases.
