Biography:

Kenneth F. Fulginiti obtained his B.S.B.A in 1987 from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctorate in 1990 from Villanova University School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars in 1990 as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a Member of the Philadelphia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations; the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Associations for Justice; and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Fulginiti is listed as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. He is a frequent lecturer on areas within his fields of practice, and has co-authored Nursing Malpractice, Trial Techniques (Book Chapter).
